Our client, a telecommunications giant, is expanding one of their industry-leading business units. This award winning team provides Wi-Fi services to some of the world’s largest restaurants, retail businesses, hotels, airports, and stadiums.

They need you, a Wireless Network Support Engineer, to join their team of world-class minds working diligently to bring high-performance solutions to market. You’ll be a key member of the team assigned to a highly visible project – we can’t wait to tell you more about it soon!

What you get to do:

  • Deliver high-level wireless network support (Tier 3 and Tier 4) for mission-critical Wi-Fi projects
  • Develop scripts and utilize automation in support of production issues
  • Work through complex problems to resolve bugs in a timely manner
  • Collaborate frequently with other technical teams as needed

What you need to succeed:

  • Previous experience as a Network Engineer in an enterprise-grade environment
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Aruba
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot Wi-Fi networks (Tier 3, Tier 4)
  • Previous scripting and automation experience (Bash and/or Python)
  • Working knowledge of Linux and SQL/NoSQL
  • CCNA certification highly preferred!
