They need you, a knowledgeable Technical Support Associate, to join one of the fastest growing teams within the company where you’ll be able to make excellent use of your strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
What you get to do:
- Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to customers within this Microsoft Windows environment
- Take ownership of processing Active Directory user access requests
- Ensure technical support email requests are promptly addressed
- Utilize a call tracking system to document customer issues
What you need to succeed:
- 2-4 years of experience delivering Tier 1 technical support to customers within MS Windows environment(s)
- Hands-on experience with VMware (moving to Version 8 shortly)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Previous experience with ServiceNow is a major plus!
