What you need to succeed:

-2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within the shipping/logistics industry

-Proven sales experience with the ability to bring in new accounts as well as manage existing accounts

-Excellent communication and collaboration skills

-Previous experience building and maintaining healthy sales pipeline
