The company is in growth mode after being acquired by a major brand, so they need you, an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager, to join the team and play a key role in innovating the way Americans access healthcare for years to come.
What you get to do:
-Take ownership of the vision and strategy in this Agile environment for the core data platform
-Collaborate with the data engineering team to create product roadmaps
-Oversee the backlog management and prioritizations
-Team up with the operations group to assist in training end users and creating product documentation
-Manage the recruiting, training, and mentoring processes for your technical product team
What you need to succeed:
-5+ years of technical product management experience in a rapidly growing enterprise-grade organization
-3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
-Data-driven approach within Agile environment experience
-Proven ability to collaborate successfully with stakeholders and all levels of management to drive strategic decisions
-Background in product development and/or quality assurance is a huge plus!
