On behalf of our client in hyper-growth mode, we’re searching for a skilled Senior Solutions Developer to join this distributed tech team where you’ll get to develop, maintain, support, and optimize a variety of complex solutions.

This position is 100% REMOTE. Qualified applicants must reside within the United States.

What you get to do:

  • Gather requirements in order to build, enhance, and integrate innovative solutions
  • Convert application design and functional specs into elegant code
  • Efficiently and effectively troubleshoot and remediate coding issues
  • Correspond directly with the end-client to prioritize issues at hand
  • Develop and carry out unit test cases in addition to documenting test results and correcting application code errors

What you need to succeed:

  • 4+ years of experience in a solutions engineering role
  • Several years of experience working with Hadoop
  • Extensive hands-on experience with SQL, Oracle, and Linux/Unix commands
  • Track record of success developing Java and/or Python code
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills as this is a client-facing position
