REMOTE Principal/Lead Data Engineer – Azure, Scripting, CI/CD

The company is in growth mode after being acquired by a major brand, so they need you, an experienced Principal/Lead Azure Data Engineer, to join the team and play a key role in innovating the way Americans access healthcare for years to come.

What you get to do:
-Develop and automate solutions at scale to ingest data from a variety of data sources in this Agile environment
-Utilize scripting languages (Python preferred) to enhance and maintain data warehouse solutions
-Design and deploy enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure
-Collaborate with internal teams to deliver world-class Azure implementations
-Design and develop custom ETL and database solutions

What you need to succeed:
-10+ years of experience with enterprise data architecture in an Agile environment
-3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and scripting language(s)
-Proven ability to develop solutions in Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, and/or Azure Synapse
-Deep understanding of distributed data processing of big data batch or steaming pipelines
-Recent experience with CI/CD pipeline creation
-Experience leading data engineering teams is a must
