They’re excited to invite you, an experienced Senior Software Support Engineer to join this team in hyper-growth mode. You’ll enjoy the ability to work from the comfort of your own home in this fully remote role.

What you get to do:

  • Lead the technical support of the company’s software products while mentoring junior support engineers
  • Identify and resolve complex software bugs and issues relayed by customers or operations teams
  • Collaborate frequently with software engineering team dedicated to assisting support initiatives
  • Write SQL scripts and queries to effectively diagnose and identify application errors
  • Continuously enhance software stability and performance through system monitoring and analysis
  • Generate and maintain technical documentation

What you need to succeed:

  • 5+ years of software support experience
  • ​​​​​​​Recent B2B experience
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot software and resolve bugs quickly and efficiently
  • Working knowledge of programming languages (PHP, JavaScript, Python, and/or Ruby)
  • Previous experience with software development processes within Agile environment(s)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, both oral and written
