Craig Tomlin Bio – Craig Tomlin is the author of the book “UX Optimization: Combining Behavioral UX and Usability Testing Data to Optimize Websites.” He has been conducting UX research, online marketing & conversion optimization for start-ups, small businesses and Fortune 500 firms since 1996. Craig is a long-time Austin UXPA fan, having been a past President of the Austin UXPA chapter. He has worked with firms including; AT&T, BlackBerry, DirectTV, Disney, IBM, Prudential Insurance, WellPoint (now Anthem), Zurich Insurance Company and many more. As a senior level consultant he conducts UX research, UX research workshops and training for UX teams, conversion rate optimization and usability testing projects for start-ups to the Fortune 500.
