The Austin Java Users Group brings together Java developers in the Austin area to share ideas, discuss advances in technology, learn about best practices and solutions and generally promotes the use of Java.

The AustinJUG accomplishes these goals with presentations from industry leading speakers, “hometown heroes” meetings, expert panel discussions, reviews of products from leading Java vendors and networking on-line and at social events. Sun has ranked the AustinJUG as one of the top 25 JUGs in the world.

Free pizza will be provided and served at 6:30 PM. The presentations will be from 7-9 PM.

Parking and Directions: The University of Texas J.J. Pickle Research Center is located at 10100 Burnet Road, near the southwest corner of Burnet Road and Braker Lane. We’ll be in the Lil’ Tex Auditorium, Room 1.122, in the Commons Learning Center. See the University’s map of the Commons Center for details on the building’s location on campus and available parking.
